TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Half-day = Up to 4 hours | Full day = 4 to 8 hours
- All functions must end by 10pm
- Sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted without appropriate license
- Security deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement
- Clean-up fee of $150 required for all events
- 50% reservation fee is required upon signing the rental agreement
- Remainder of rental fee is due no less than 10-days prior to reserved date
- Any damages to equipment, property, and/or facility will be charged to renter
